About Myself
David has been repairing clocks in the Nottingham area for over 50 years. After training with Cope's in Nottingham, David established his own business. He was based on Lincoln Street for over 30 years before moving to larger premises on Mansfield Road and adopting the name Clock Emporium. David is now semi-retired and has relocated his office nearer to his home in Beeston where he continues to repair clocks; he no longer repairs watches.
David is also a turret clock specialist and continues to provide consultation services by request. Over his career he has been responsible for the maintenance of many of Nottingham City’s clocks, including the Council House clock in Nottingham's Old Market Square. Since this clock was originally made by Cope's it feels like David has come full circle!
